Marta Minonne (Italy)
Marta is a technology lawyer with a legal practice spanning intellectual property and information technology. With experience as both external counsel as well as inhouse legal counsel (secondee) for Yahoo Italia, she combines the perspectives of both. Marta particularly excels at working closely with inhouse business, editorial, sales and finance teams in Italy, advising and negotiating legal issues in commercial deals and leading compliance requirements including establishing and enforcing Law Enforcement Policies pertaining to Italy. Her clients include content providers, advertising companies, agencies and other vendors. She covers IP & TMT matters including privacy, e-commerce, consumer protection, advertising, promotions and prize competitions.

Liyen McCoy (UK)
Liyen is a technology lawyer with extensive legal experience working for a wide range of digital companies including internet portals, search engines, social media sites, software companies, mobile app developers and online games websites. She has particular expertise in commercial contracts, e-commerce, data protection, intellectual property and consumer regulations. From her time as General Counsel and a member of the management board of Yahoo! UK with responsibility for all legal and regulatory matters, Liyen also has comprehensive industry and legal insights. As head of European Compliance she was also charged with EU-wide legal compliance and data protection matters.
Tatiana Ortiz (Spain)
Tatiana is a senior lawyer with extensive background within the technology sector. She is business minded and has far-reaching experience advising corporate clients in the areas of regulatory compliance, commercial law, data protection, employment law, consumer law, advertising and marketing law and law enforcement amongst others. She led the legal department for Yahoo Spain as General Counsel with expanded responsibility for supporting staff functions in Sales, Human Resources, IT, Marketing and Finance. She has a proven track-record of working with complex, multi-jurisdictional projects and is focused on delivering solutions to problems in an efficient, fast and pragmatic manner.
Pierre Landy (France)
Pierre LANDY brings over 25 years of General Counsel experience, having served as General Counsel for Yahoo! Europe and France and built Ledger’s legal team, one of France’s top unicorns, from scratch.
A Paris bar-qualified attorney, Pierre excels in team leadership, with a proven record of managing legal teams across multiple EMEA countries. He now focuses on mentoring general counsels, legal teams, and leaders to unlock their full potential and deliver exceptional services.
Pierre co-founded the FLIT Network (French Lawyers In Tech), supporting 700+ in-house lawyers with trainings, networking, and a dedicated Slack channel. He is also a co-founder of the LEGAL CLUB SANDWICH podcast, a popular bi-weekly show for the legal community.

Helge Huffmann (Germany)
Helge is a technology lawyer with a comprehensive understanding of and broad experience with intellectual property, data privacy, commercial contracts, e-commerce and employment law. He has worked for Yahoo Germany for ten years and led the German legal department for 5 years as the General Counsel and Data Protection Officer with power to act and sign on behalf of Yahoo Germany. He is an expert in the areas of content licensing, data protection, product compliance and commercial contracts. Helge's understanding of content licensing is varied; he led Yahoo’s content licensing efforts on an EMEA level including music licensing. During this time he also acted as the interim EMEA employment law lead for over a year. His expertise in employment law includes employment and temp contracts, labour leasing, reorganisation and redundancies, company policy and ethics & compliance.
