This website is managed jointly by legal professionals and entities in France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom, and its purpose is purely for information and advertising. Under no circumstances does it constitute a binding offer for the contracting of legal services.

Use of and access to this website is governed exclusively by the laws of the country in which the entity responsible for the disputed content is located.

Any dispute arising from access to or use of this site will be resolved by the courts of the country of the entity responsible for the disputed content.

The provision of legal services is not carried out through this website and will always be subject to separate agreements between the client and the corresponding entity, applying the specific regulations of the country in which such services are provided.
