She has particular expertise in commercial contracts, e-commerce, data protection, intellectual property and consumer regulations. She has comprehensive industry and legal insights from her time as General Counsel and a member of the management board of Yahoo! UK with responsibility for all legal and regulatory matters. As head of European Compliance, she also lead EU-wide legal compliance and data protection teams.
One of Liyen’s key strengths is her ability to communicate effectively and explain complex legal concepts in plain English. She has a client and business friendly manner and works well with business and product teams.
Pierre LANDY brings over 25 years of General Counsel experience, having served as General Counsel for Yahoo! Europe and France and built Ledger’s legal team, one of France’s top unicorns, from scratch.
A Paris bar-qualified attorney, Pierre excels in team leadership, with a proven record of managing legal teams across multiple EMEA countries. He now focuses on mentoring general counsels, legal teams, and leaders to unlock their full potential and deliver exceptional services.
Pierre co-founded the FLIT Network (French Lawyers In Tech), supporting 700+ in-house lawyers with trainings, networking, and a dedicated Slack channel. He is also a co-founder of the LEGAL CLUB SANDWICH podcast, a popular bi-weekly show for the legal community.

Tatiana Ortiz is a senior technology sector lawyer with 20 years of experience advising corporate clients on regulatory compliance, data protection, commercial law, consumer law, and advertising and marketing regulations. In addition to her core expertise, she has experience in corporate governance, having served as Secretary of the Board, and also advises on labor law matters.
As former General Counsel of Yahoo Spain, she led the legal department and provided strategic legal support across multiple business functions. She also worked temporarily at the Silicon Valley headquarters, participating in the legal review and launch of tech solutions from their early stages, ensuring their viability in international markets.
In her role as Global Project Specialist at AndCo, Tatiana specializes in navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory landscapes. With deep expertise in product compliance, she helps companies expand globally, translating complex regulations into clear, actionable insights. She enables strategic decision-making by identifying common regulatory patterns to develop scalable compliance solutions.
Helge is a senior technology lawyer with 20+ years extensive expertise in intellectual property, data privacy, commercial contracts, e-commerce, and employment law. Over his decade-long tenure at Yahoo Germany, he served as General Counsel and Data Protection Officer, overseeing the legal department for five years. During this period, Helge honed his skills in content licensing, data protection, product compliance, and commercial agreements, including leading Yahoo’s EMEA-level music licensing business. He also took on the role of interim EMEA Employment Law Lead for more than a year, further broadening his legal portfolio.
Helge continued to make significant contributions to the tech sector as Chief Privacy & Data Protection Officer at OLX Group. There, he built and led a global privacy team, implementing a comprehensive privacy program that addressed complex regulatory requirements across in 50+ jurisdictions.
As an expert in the above-described legal fields, Helge advises international and local technology companies on creating tailored privacy frameworks and AI compliance strategies. His approach ensures organizations remain agile and compliant in the face of an ever-evolving digital landscape.
